Did UK Telegames games come factory sealed?

Ran across a sealed Telegames game with a line across the back.

Usually this indicates that the box has been opened and that the item is a reseal.

However given the nature of the company I wonder if it might have been a commonplace occurrence.

 

Does anyone have any experience with UK Telegames games?

I've never seen a sealed Telegames or Telegames USA game.

No shrinkwrap and no cellotape or something else.

I had a few cases of games from Telegames UK about 10 years ago and none of them had a cellophane wrap. All of them came glued shut boxes.
