[CLOSED] A600, C64 with DD - Thank you

The C64 and the amiga are on hold. The amiga 600 floppy disk drive may not be working and I gave the option to highest bidder to exit the auction. This means that the Amiga will be place on auction at a later time once I'm able to determined if it is the floppy disk or not (or once I fix it). Same goes for C64 (in this case, the problem is that I don't know if it works since I don't have the TV cable but I purchase it).

The best advice I can give is to NOT opt for this lengthy and annoying auction style of sale another time around. Just price the items and sell them. You did say in the beginning of all of this that the items were sold "as-is", right? I was already aware that the floppy drive had an issue on that Amiga right in the beginning from your description of the issue, but I had plans to pull it anyway and replace with an HxC.

yes but the highest bidder did not see it and i didn't want to force him either

He is a very nice person and there is no reason to force anyone

thank you for your feedback

I do have to be honest that it was you who called my selling methods into question and cast doubts by some

So, I didn't appreciated your actions

You turned this into an experience that i may not want to repeat

The C64 will be tested soon

For now, the amiga is on hold and I will make a decision later

Thank you for all your feedback

When the auction was active, as soon as you were out bid, you became a sore looser

i'm not really sure why do you keep posting here eightbit

Haha....yeah...I am "so upset" not to receive your broken A600 ;)

I sensed something was off with you just by reading the description of the A600. You purchased it on ebay "years" ago, were smart enough to know how to install an internal hard drive....but were not sure how to load floppy games? Umm...you put them in...

There was nothing off. You bid it more than once... even with the description.

But it is ok. You are who you are.

Thank you again for your feedback :)

I'm so glad its OK with you that I am who I am. Thank you for YOUR feedback :)

Correction, I bid once. When the bid for this thing was at $100 you asked me what I would like to bid. I said $120...and then you said "Do you want to bid $150?". Huh? So as I see it the rules were (only revealed after this whole mess was said and done):

1. Start bids on the Amiga

2. Next bid *Must* be $50 more than the first bid

3. Next bid after that must be $26 more than the last bid

4. Next bid after that must be $25 more than the bid before that

There were probably more "rules" I suppose but the bidding didn't get that far :)

I don't know why you are so bother. I can think of a few reasons. I don't have anything against you.

I don't know you and I don't want to create a conflict with you or anyone else.

If it serves you right, you may continue arguing or providing commentary.
