Skippy B. Coyote #3 Posted December 28, 2016 I keep mine neatly laid out in stackable drawers, to keep dust off them when they're not in use.
omegadot #4 Posted December 28, 2016 I only have 2 but usually one is out and attached to my PS2 while the other sits in a drawer. Nothing fancy.

Skippy B. Coyote #6 Posted December 28, 2016 Thinking about it a bit more, your idea of a display stand to hold light guns when not in use sounded really neat so I decided to do some searching and see what I could find. It took a little digging around but I think I found the perfect thing: https://www.amazon.com/LOCKDOWN-222210-Handgun-Rack-gun/dp/B004QUIWBO/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=atariage&linkId=49ef0d32b8336d35c47b2402991c1a17They come in 4 gun and 6 gun sizes. Just tuck the cords coming out of the grips under the stand and it should look really nice. Not too expensive either!

Grey Zapper, Orange Zapper, Atari Gun, SMS gun. But that thing is pretty cool.
chas10e #9 Posted December 28, 2016 I did seriously consider putting a few inside this TV I have ... I was inspired by the over-the-door shoe rack ... http://atariage.com/forums/topic/130484-game-room-best-use-for-a-shoe-rack-ever/?hl=%2Bshoe+%2Brack&do=findComment&comment=1573953 Thinking about it a bit more, your idea of a display stand to hold light guns when not in use sounded really neat so I decided to do some searching and see what I could find. thadsilverfox #12 Posted December 29, 2016 I store all of mine either in the TV stand drawer or if they are really big like the SNES Super Scope, in the closet.
Eltigro #13 Posted December 30, 2016 I have one of those plastic stackable storage things kind of like what is in the far right of chas10e's photo above. Top four drawers are for controllers/game pads. Fifth one is for light guns. I only have four at the moment: NES Zapper, Sega Light Phaser, the Sega Menacer, and one called the Justifier (I think) for the Saturn. They aren't really "displayed" or anything, but they're organized and easily accessible. Next drawer down is arcade style joysticks. Bottom drawer is miscellaneous vidya game stuff. chas10e #18 Posted December 30, 2016 (edited) Are you sure convict? there was a tough lookin' guy there telling me all about it when I got it. I DIDN'T wanna ask him how he knew so much about 'em only a headphone jack for sound. I did try putting a speaker in there but think it was manufactured without any of the board components for an internal speaker ... so I don't go off-topic to much, here's a quick snap of shoe hanger I also had Mario packin' for me some Edited December 30, 2016 by chas10e
