LTO Flash set-up for dummies

Rev

Recommended Posts

Will someone be so kind to make step-by-step set up instructions for 'dummies'?

(not for me, im already set up)

But for guys like *cough* cmart *cough*

He needs to be testing new ROMS for me and is scared to take it out of the wrapper.

Thanks!

Careful, Cmart may not want to open the ROM's either.

Oh you want a serious thread. I'll say away.

What happens when ROMs start to come shrinkwrapped?

You unwrap the ROM, throw away the wrapper, unwrap the virtual bacon flavored Dum Dum, put that in your mouth, and then put the ROM on the LTO Flash somehow(see mr_me's post), stuff it into the Jaguar sh- err Intellivision, turn on Intellivision, nagivate through the menu until you find the ROM you want to play, and either it'll boot, go back to the menu due to faulty ROM or make the Intellivision explode(wear eye and ear protection when booting ROM).

"Can't detail a car with the cover still on"

I was able to extract my cart from the box, without the shrink popping off... Just sayin'. ;)

I've done it with several shrink wrapped homebrews, so far so good.

Cut along the seam where the gatefold would opens and you'll be golden.
