garycimera1968
Were there ever any silver-label versions found or were they all the standard "Lab Loaner" carts? Or, I guess a better question is, was Xevious ever re-issued with the silver label. Is this a picture of a bogus cart?
R.Cade
Of course not. 2 seconds and you know that label is not real. No rounded corners. Atari never made multi-color end labels like that. It was never released or even finished. Edited January 24, 2017 by R.Cade
garycimera1968
I didn't purchase it. It just didn't look right.
Supergun
Albert could do a much better job with that label!
Tempest
Looks like someone just took the 7800 version and added color to it. It's actually a close approximation to what the real 2600 version would have looked like if it had been released (although some things aren't right). Still, no prototype is going to have a production label except in VERY rare circumstances: http://www.atariprotos.com/5200/software/asteroids/asteroidsboxandlabel.htm
