The cable coming from the case of the Atari 800, is an RF signal, modulated for USA channel 2 or 3 depending on a switch position. What you need, is a "monitor cable". On the right side of the 800, you will see a 5-pin DIN plug. You need a cable that takes that. and splits it out into composite, S-video, and audio. I have parts available to make perhaps a dozen of these cables - the Atari end is a gold plated metal cased plug, and the other end has a 4-pin s-video plug, composite video, and single audio lead. Unlike many of the other solutions, this one has a true 4-pin Mini-DIN S-Video plug, as well as the RCA's for Composite and Audio.
