after searching long and hard and buying some parts that do not work/fit, I had a batch of custom springs made up so you don't have to cannibalize an atari 2600 cart with a spring loaded door for a replacement anymore to do a repair!

These are an exact match to the original springs, no trimming required. I am offering these for sale while they last in a "handsome" hand assembled parts bag with header:

4 replacement springs in each packet, enough to repair 2 joysticks.

I've shared this in the Color Computer forum as well, in case somebody might want to try to mod a CoCo joystick with these springs.

I used the stick from a Color Computer joystick to replace a broken Vectrex stick; it's a perfect drop-in replacement and they seem to use the same pots and gimble assembly...only the CoCo stick's pots don't have springs.
