Replacement 6522 VIA chip

Anyone know if the WDC65C22 works ok in the Vectrex?

Edit: there are plenty of 6522 in eBay. (search for 6522)

I ended up taking a chance with a used, untested, chip off ebay for £6. Most where more than a new WDC chip from Mouser, but then you have to add the £12 shipping etc etc.
