Ultimate Atari Cart (Electrotrains) Pre-Order by 18 APR 17

Recommended Posts

So, counting my 3, that would be 4 to go. Correct?

Calm down, Beavis. (Sorry, couldn't help myself.)

I don't seem to have received an ema for my order, where did you send the emails off to?

PM me with your details as I do not have a payment from anyone with "leech" as an AA nick.

Here are some GITD carts next to some black (standard) ones.

They definitely emit the old school greenish hue when the lights are off. However, that is difficult to get a picture of (flashes, low light, etc).

So, all 50 Pre-orders are paid for.

Parts have been ordered. I expect them no later than 03 APR. I expect the sub-assembler to have them soon after that. I would like to think that all pre-orders will be in the hands of their purchasers no later than mid to late May.

But, MacRorie, I still want an Ultimate cart!

Sure, sure. I will have a few more available, but if you did not pre-order in the first 50, there are some changes:

Price is still $95.00 plus shipping ($10 US//$15 Canada//$20 Rest of the World)

UNLESS you live in California. Then, sorry, you have to pay an additional $7.60 in sales tax. Sorry, but after two runs of Ultimate Carts, umm, the government wants their cut--no matter how much money you do (or do NOT) make. If you pre-ordered AND live in California, I just took it on the chin. No worries. A benefit of pre-ordering.

ALSO, Case colors are now $10 ($10.80 if you live in California) extra (as opposed to $5). The cheap cost of colors was a benefit of pre-ordering. (and, really, since the price on the cart is the same and you still get a black case for free, it's really kind of on you ;-) )

So, everything else in the first post is the same. Contact me if you have questions.

Well shit! Apparently I missed clicking the damn Send Money button after I had filled everything out. Sent now! This is what I get for being interrupted mid-thought all the time (either that or much like right now, trying to order stuff from work!)

Big thumbs up tp MacRorie, my hardware is packed away and I'd need a team of people specialised in Origami or similar to get it out of that cupboard in one piece (great at packing stuff but awful at working out at how I managed to get it so tight in) but great to see a dev getting orders and the community getting a new product. Well done that man...

Oh and even better to have a dev with a great sense of humour... :)

Now if only we could get matching glow in the dark XEGS buttons, or even the full case printed out.. :P I always thought the buttons on those things should glow in the dark though.

The buttons are in my "hopper of things to do." Now, the real question is: "when do I empty said hopper"?

Yay Order #52 locked in in the nick of time. 1st post on AtariAge lol. Was hardcore 8-bit still running an Express! Pro BBS up until a bit after 2000, and its all been in boxes until the last few weeks and I've been tinkering/cleaning/repairing away getting machines, 1050's & disks working again, and quite enjoying the revolution of Lotharek's SIDE2, so quite looking forward to seeing this beauty of an add-on as well!
