Out of curiosity, what is the total number of devices ordered? I really did not expect such a large customer base :)

It's not a secret and can be easily counted =) So I've order 125 PCBs - each one preordered.

I hope we can make perfect software for device togeather =)

PS: I've also don't expect so much preorders...

Got my kit in the other day. Not sure why I ordered a kit, with everything being SMD devices. I'll see if I can make a video of the assembly though. Can't wait to try this out.

Yeah I can barely use through hole, I would totally screw this up if I got the kit.

Not true. you did an excellent job assembling your XEL, and I was truly impressed. I suspect you would do the same with this product as well, although being as careful as you are, it might take awhile before it was completed ;)

Hi!

This topic opened by community recommendation (continuation of marketplace topic).

Its needed to collect requests for new device with temporary name SDrive-ARM.

Please check details with additional photos on github and video with example of functionality.

Short characteristics:

  • SDrive was developed originally by C.P.U. team in 2008 and use AT Mega 8 processor;
  • It is extension of previous project with following features:
    • Works with Atari 8-bit systems like Atari 800, 800xl, XE/GS, etc.
