Emulation?

This is the laptop I have. It looks fine. But same rom say super mario brothers 1 for example looks different on my galaxy s4 or insignia elite flex. The sky is so much darker blue and the bricks are super orange. All the emulator programs on android look the same. Not sure with a copy of the exact rom so it can't be a bad rom. And it feels a little sluggish or slower. Is there a limit minimum cpu and ram you need say for nestopia or mesen for example.

 

I love nestopia and it is great but won't accept the cheats I found here. So I switched to mesen which allows it.

But both look exactly the same. Same colors. Menus and options are slightly different. But colors are the same. Only looks different on my phone and tablet.

Android tablets and Windows PCs are going to have different capabilities and screens. I'd expect the colors to look different.

 

It doesn't sound like a dealbreaker issue for me. I mean, if your question was about color tint.
