supercoupe91 #1 Posted March 12, 2017 In case anyone is interested, Mark from Classic Game Room is doing another kickstarter. This time for a massive hardcover book covering game consoles as well as vintage computers. A softcover and digital version will be available no matter the outcome of the kickstarter but this really needs a hardcover version in my opinion. Theres only a few days left on this and I would like to see it get funded so I figured I'd share with AA. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/classicgameroom/ultra-massive-video-game-console-guide-hardcover/posts/1827727

StopDrop&Retro #4 Posted March 13, 2017 Wait.. am I reading this correctly? He launched it last week and it ends a week after? Why? I honestly don't get the reasoning behind such a move. It doesn't look like it's going to make it for obvious reasons. Was this part of a joke? Did he just do it to test his fans and see if raising so much in so little time could be done? I would hope so or it reeks of overconfidence and not understanding where his own popularity stands right now.

He was apparently able to take advantage of being a "featured" project by doing it this way. It looks like he made a huge mistake.
