Season 6 - The New HSC - Week 9 = Chopper Command

Recommended Posts

I scored 38,300 but something was missing. The next time I tried playing, the cartridge wouldn't work so I cleaned the contacts with rubbing alcohol. It worked and I figured out

what was missing the first go round: the enemy aircraft wasn't firing. So scratch that 38,300. LOL I wonder how the game was functioning fully except the aircraft wasn't firing. ???

Way to go you two! Absolutely amazing! :o

Thanks Jin!

Keep at it, it's quite an easy game when you work out the pattern.

My Max score was done on Game 3 AA, that's how easy it got for me!

I would love to see everyone Max this out!

Posting bonus first... here's a Chinook from one of my favorite movies, 2003's The Core.

Whenever a Chinook is on-screen, you know work is getting done or people are getting rescued!

I don't know if this one exactly is piloted by Alan D. Purwin, but he did the helicopters for The Core and a billion other movies, from Die Hard, Jurassic Park all the way to Skull Island.

BONUS: Heli Changer 2 - helicopter used from Japanese TV show Changeman (the name in Japanese is Dengeki Sentai Changeman)

post-24681-0-48196800-1490226297_thumb.png

Pilots:

Change Griphon - Kazuoki Takahashi

Change Mermaid - Hiroko Nishimoto

Point in common with Chopper Command:

This helicopter was used to attack enemy ships from Gôzma Empire.

Note to 2600 HSClubers:

Jaspion and Changeman were my TOP favorite Japanese series when I was a kid. I watched and enjoyed both TV shows very much.
