I don't smoke "the chronic" anymore (trying to get a better job) but I did for many years, especially when I was younger.. Anymore, I'm a lightweight but there's also better stuff around nowadays, unlike when I was younger. A lot of times it did enhance my experience playing video games but a lot of times it didn't, i.e. games where precision/twitch controls/timing and reactions were involved. It just depends on what type of game I was playing. Also, when the OP commented about being around someone who was a buzzkill, well that has a lot to do with it too, crappy company makes for a crappy time, buzzed or not. Set and setting. I really hope they do legalize it though and I'm behind that 100%. It really helped me relax and not be so tense/edgy. It was especially beneficial for me when it came to pain and appetite wise as well as at night time, when I'm trying to unwind and fall asleep. CBD is nice legal and non intoxicating alternative though.

Agreed. It's a very draining experience, especially if it's both of your parents. I also feel it is their fault, yet I do have compassion. It's a complicated grey area.

OP stumbled upon the lost woods in Zelda. The Korok forest maze is a b!tch to get through. Best to sit down and smoke some bud (or shrooms) if you lose your path, and the way will be revealed. It's like you're only lost when you're not baked...
