History of Big Bang Bar Pinball

I found this piece very interesting. It is always cool to see the detailed history of a game being made against all odds. Has anyone played this game? How does it stack up?

I never met a Capcom pinball game I didn't like. They made some real nice pins. I had the pleasure of playing BBB at SS Billiards. Fun game. Love the artwork(nice & clean) and the goofy sci-fi theme. I magine BBB is where all the Galaxy High kids grew up and went to.

Yes, I have played Big Bang Bar, and it's very cool!! Too bad I am unlikely to ever own one!

Fun pin, but all the "moaning" gets pretty repetitive and ensures that even if I won the lottery and could afford one, it wouldn't really be appropriate for the family game room.

It's a neat looking pin. I've played it a handful of times. Would like to put more time onto it, but I hear the rules aren't very deep. Still doesn't mean it's not fun though.

Crud, I toured his pinball collection years ago, filmed it too making two passes of the whole thing....haven't posted the video....maybe I need to go back and look at that old video and post it already.

I would suspect in the next 2-4 years planetary pinball will probably make one and kingpin. It's just a matter if $6k-9k is where you are on buying pins.

Finally had a chance to play one last summer at the Silverball Museum in Delray Beach, South Florida and I had a blast. Highly recommended.
