Are there any 64 bit Windows tools for editing D64 disk images?

Dirmaster is a very popular GUI driven tool, it's a 32 bit executable but works fine on 64 bit Windows 8.1 as far as I can tell.

I mostly use the c1541.exe commandline tool which is part of the Vice emulator and is available as both 32 and 64 bit version.
