Recent Atlantis II on ebay

Just a note of thanks to all of those who bid on this and a thumbing of the nose to all of you who thought it was a fake and emailed me telling me so. Here's my feedback on it.

Don't take anything personal we have good reason to question authenticity. There has been a tremendous amount of fraud with Ebay and Atari games.

Should there be an eprom or a normal chip inside?

So you could check the weight of the cartridge.

I presume a digital scale would do the trick but then again, I have never seen an Atlantis II board.

Its just a regular Imagic board (exact same as the Atlantis I ) with a masked rom, I had a scan of mine I was going to post but can't seem to find it now but I will keep looking.

Well, then weighing it is pointless. I can't believe you actually opened it. Good man.

 

But then again, you did crack open another 10 before.

Actually weighing it could give a clue since if the game was a copy on an EPROM it would need an inverter and the weight would be more, comparing an Atlantis I and an Atlantis II should result in the same weight, if not there could be cause for concern.

 

I hope I can find that scan as I have already reapplied the label to the Atlantis II and don't

want to remove the label again to rescan it but if I have to I will
