Fujitsu M2551a Loose Latch Lever

I picked up a pair of these drives at a thrift shop yesterday and one of them has a loose latch lever. The nylon flapper that holds it in place isn't holding it's place to either keep the lever straight or to keep it closed with a disk inserted.

 

Any clues on hot to tighten it up other than super glue?
