Iamgroot
I replied in the other thread but here are the instructions again. I haven't tested this under Dos 3.3 but following the same instructions and swap the dash command for the BRUN command should work. I have come to take it for granted since I modified my Basic.system to always be in 80-col mode. But to get that code into the monitor and work properly, type PR#3 at the applesoft prompt. Then type CALL -151 use SHIFT-INSERT, (that is hold down the SHIFT key and tap the INSERT key) to insert the hex dump into Applewing Press CTRL-C to get back to the applesoft prompt save the file first with something like BSAVE DBL.RES.TEST,A$1000,E$13C8 for some reason doing a "1000G" or "CALL 4096" doesn't seem to work after inserting the text. so use the dash command at the prompt "- DBL.RES.TEST" without the quotes

Iamgroot
I am using AW1.2.5, "enhanced Apple IIe" is selected under model and am booting into Prodos 8 v2.0.3. I copy/pasted from this post and still worked for me. what does your code do, just hang? Are you getting any errors when doing the shift-insert? What version of AW are you using? Casey
I had no problem pasting this into AppleWin either. I didn't even need to save it or go to BASIC, just 1000G and it did its thing.

2600problems
do I use bitsy boot or go straight to basic? those are my only two options
2600problems
yeah, all I get is a whole bunch of letters, blinking in white
Casey
Then you didn't follow the directions given above correctly. If you do everything exactly as described, it works. It doesn't even need either DOS 3.3 or ProDOS to run.
