I would think SDrive2 would be preferred for its simplicity and not having to use special characters or superscript, but if you do decide to go with µSDrive2 (well there's my first point proven cut'n'paste didn't reproduce the superscript '2'), perhaps it would also be acceptable as microSDrive2 or just microSDrive.
