Vectrex Video Problems - Suggestions?

Hello all,

 

Found this forum and decided to take a crack at getting my old Vectrex working. The sound works (as does the buzz) but this is what the screen looks like with the brightness all the way up.

 

 

 

If this is a simple fix I would do it myself. If not, is there a Vectrex guru that works on these at a somewhat reasonable cost? Thanks in advance.
