The protectors keep bulging in places or otherwise not wanting to keep their unfolded shape. I also have some Studio II boxes that are just slightly too big to fit in the protectors I ordered. Did I miss something on getting these things unfolded properly? Edit: I think I figured it out. I have to press them all the way opposite of the way they're flattened to make them fit properly. Though yeha, half my Studio II boxes don't fit for whatever reason (poor QA on RCA's end, I'd guess?) RCA decided to be super special and make two box sizes one only very slightly larger than the other hence the problem you are experiencing. I was trying to collect a list of titles that fit the smaller sleeves that I had made while trying to get the larger ones made as well. The box protectors fit Biorhythm, Blackjack, and Math Fun, but not Baseball, Fun With Numbers, Space War, or Tennis/Squash (and obviously TV Schoolhouse I).
