bradhig1 #1 Posted May 31, 2017 Where there any homrbrew versions of Pacman on Colecovision? Also any Donkey Kong versions with the fourth screen?
youki #2 Posted May 31, 2017 Yes, you have 3 pacman at least. Pacman collection : Pacman Atarisoft : and DAcman : For donkey Kong : super donkey kong arcade edition : super donkey kong : and "hopefully" soon , Donkey Kong arcade (but you will need a Super Game Module) :

youki #4 Posted May 31, 2017 You forgot Team Pixelboy's Super Pac-Man, youki. He was asking for Pacman , not Super Pacman, it is why i did not mentioned it! But indeed you have super pacman :
bradhig1 #5 Posted May 31, 2017 Super Pacman is no surprise. I wouldn't mind that.
Atari PAC-MAN Fan #6 Posted May 31, 2017 Atarisoft never released Pac-Man officially for the Colecovision, despite it being completely finished. Actually, about a while ago, I saw it on eBay. I don't remember the exact price, but it was around $700. Since then, there have been homebrew games like the excellent Pac-Man Collection. However, I wouldn't hold my breath in regards to getting a physical copy. It's still pretty rare and expensive.
mumbai #7 Posted May 31, 2017 (edited) However, I wouldn't hold my breath in regards to getting a physical copy. It's still pretty rare and expensive. That particular Atarisoft prototype has been (re)issued numerous times as a cartridge by various parties over the years. ETA: Unless comment regarding rarity/cost was meant to apply to OpCode's Pac-Man Collection? Edited May 31, 2017 by mumbai
Atari PAC-MAN Fan #8 Posted May 31, 2017 (edited) That particular Atarisoft prototype has been (re)issued numerous times as a cartridge by various parties over the years. Really? Where can I get one? Edited May 31, 2017 by Atari PAC-MAN Fan
youki #9 Posted May 31, 2017 i think the rom file of Atari Soft pacman can be found easily. It is a very good version IMHO. And something i really appreciate in that version , it does not Flicker contrary to Pacman Collection. (being in 50hz the flickering is even stronger)
bradhig1 #10 Posted May 31, 2017 I pre ordered a super game module.
ValkerieSilk #11 Posted June 1, 2017 There's also the hidden Pacman Plus in the Opcode Release
youki #12 Posted June 1, 2017 I pre ordered a super game module. For Pacman Collection , you don't need the SGM.

Atari PAC-MAN Fan #14 Posted June 1, 2017 Is there a sight that you can get custom carts just like on AtariAge? If there is, then I'm buying the Atarisoft Pac-Man. Well, then again, I could just get a flash cartridge.

+opcode #16 Posted June 4, 2017 I have Pac-Man DX and Donkey Kong Arcade coming out this year. Pac-Man DX is an improved version of PM Collection, while DK includes absolutely everything in the arcade version. Both require the Super Game Module and use Super Game Cartridges, which means they can save your high scores
