Rare Arcade Game "Victory" by Comsoft Dumped

A KLOV member won an eBay auction last year for Victory by Comsoft PCB. Today it is running in MAME (although unsure of accuracy).

The first thing I thought of was the Exidy Victory, but that's been dumped for a while.
