Isn’t it more a door wedge?

It could only wish to have that much utility.

Christ, it's nearly been three years since this tacofest reared its ugly head, and there's barely been any movement.

You don't consider 500 completed units much movement?

Me, either. :D

I have a friend who likes spicy foods and says "it burns three times."

Atari VCS buyers only got burned once so far.

HERE COMES THE SCIENCE

You have to keep a sense of humor about this. I've done some dumb shit in my life. Giving Atari money isn't the worst and I'm sure it won't be the last.

No, giving Atari money is the worst.   Dumb Shit! 😎

Have they shown any proof that these units are completed and in their possession?

I didn't think so on that front either

Did okay but in terms of making great corn tortillas I have a LONG way to go.

And not a Corona, but better than @Spriggy's Fosters.

I've got two ex-girlfriends who I feel are way worse decisions. I'd rather give Atari more money then deal with either of them again.

As a long time reader of this thread and the IGG comments, observations are:

Years late

Past latest shipment date

No update on when to expect shipment

No exclusive games announced

No OS shown that actually runs anything but tiles

Windows 10 shown running - not even licensed, only "evaluation" mode

Parts for 500 units (and never said they are assembled units) when pre orders are greater than 10,000

Deleting real questions on IGG asking for status updates

Not deleting personal attacks on IGG

THEY HAVE NOTHING NEAR READY

F#ck me Beefy.  Did you have your eyes open when you made those tortillas?  [Note to self.  Don't get into any vehicle with Beefy @ the wheel!]

I don't know what's more sad.  Atari with not alot to show after 3 years and continuous big gaps of silence, or me having to resort to abusing AA members alike, with cheap very average giggles because of the aforementioned?  Im guessing both.  Circus shows don't last forever.

Looks like someone found some loose change under the sofa cushion, and decided to buy some Atari stock.

Asset strip and sell?  The press release just stops short of saying the VCS is dead in the water.

Or the Group did. Presumably Rosen snapped these up at the historically low price last week?

Looks like board members are jumping ship to me. One would assume they have other investments and Atari is a poor performing entanglement they would be happy to be rid of while they attempt to secure their other investments amidst the downturn.

Did an image search on the new guy.  There's only one image of him (in the first blue square).  Don't know if he's related to that Michael Rosen comedian (second blue square) who's been the butt of YouTube Poops for a while.

Rosen has already acquired from KV an initial block of 22,520,000 Atari shares at a price of Euro 0,3737 per share (i.e. US$ 0.40 at the current exchange rate), and will acquire a second block of 5,480,000 Atari shares no later than March 27, 2020, at the same price per share. The transaction will close with the transfer of the second block. KV has also granted Rosen an option on a block of 10,000,000 Atari shares, to be exercised between July 21, 2020 and August 31, 2020 (extended in the event of a restricted period), at the then prevailing weighted-average stock price of the Atari shares, with a minimum of Euro 0,20 (US$ 0.22) per share and a maximum of Euro 0,50 (US$ 0.54) per share.

So in total - not including the option -  7,732,000 shares at a price of €2,889,448 ($3117278)‬

It should be noted that Fred Chesnais is the Managing Director of Ker Ventures LLC.
