Therefore, there is no news that they are close.

Sound to me like if they had known that this little scheme would not result in causing their value to arbitrarily skyrocket to the point of some loaded sucker buying them out, then they would have dumped the VCS for some other nonsense, like the hotels idea.

To be clear, they banned one user and removed one post. But the post in question was 100% factual and Atari claimed it was attacking them. 

 

This was after publically statng they would not be doing any moderation, specifically saying they would not be deleting posts.

 

They broke their word and I removed them. Simple as that, no big mass banning and deletes by Atari..
