Dodging creditors is the biggest reason to dissolve one business entity in favor of a new one. Those 3 companies are always backed by the same people and have the same core enployees. Yet it is legally hard to prove it so that their debts carry on. If I may ask, why is your signature containing a link to their last kickstarter? And how is that going? Launched in September? You know they had the design and everything already months before he kickstarter campaign ever started? They promoted that much the same way, then fail to provide timely updates while failing miserably in the development chain. Backers' reactions on that project will tell the story of the next.
