I suspect that is referring to people that were working on the Atacobox. I am sure there are probably some honest people working there that are not involved with the shenanigans of Chesnais (The Shenanigans of Chesnais...that almost sounds the title to a crappy Netflix movie....)

Requests for Production.

Each party served requests for production. The parties have met and conferred regarding the responses, and have reached agreement regarding the appropriate scope of search and production. Defendant, which received requests first, have produced about 550 pages, and hope to complete its production next week. Plaintiff has not yet produced documents, but also hopes to complete his production next week.

 

Depositions.

Plaintiff has taken the deposition of the CEO of Defendants parent company, a Director of Defendants parent company, and general manager of the project in dispute. Plaintiff may seek to take short depositions of Defendants former CFO (who left the company last week and took a job in Chicago) and/or of a second board member. Plaintiff does not currently intend to take other depositions. Defendant has scheduled the deposition of Plaintiff for January 28. Subject to receiving information in Plaintiffs production or third party discovery, Defendant does not currently intend to take depositions other than Plaintiffs.
