I see a CH Products Flightstick and a buttload of extra buttons, lots of backlighting. Very neat. Now I want one of my very own, for X-Wing.

Wow I wish I had that or could make it, but no chance of that at all. Wing Commander was my first flight combat space sim and X-Wing chased right after it when it arrived a bit later on. As much as I'm quite into Star Wars I still flip flop over who did it best between the combo of WC1 and WC2 with XW and TIE both with their respective total package addons. I still don't feel anyone has ever met the quality levels of those two duos of old games back then which is a real shame. They may not be as realistic to the eye or artistically interesting as your modern flight space shooty game but the quality and attention to detail with the overall games themselves and all that came together to do them so well going on 25 years later still have not been matched.
