trailmobile Posted May 17, 2003 Share Posted May 17, 2003 I have a Lynx II that is showing scrammbled grafics after the game is inserted and turned on. The contacts have been cleaned on the system as well as the game card. I have even switched the LCD screen incase that may remedy the problem. It didn't. There are no breaks in the ribbon from the board to the screen. Has someone with a test board that may have had this problem in the past located a capacitor, diode, conductor, relay on the board that may be ready to give way that may cause scrammbled grafics? You may also try doing a search at google or any search site and key in Atari Lynx problems or just Atari Lynx and it gives pages and pages to look through.
