VectorGamer #1 Posted July 12, 2017 Analog Arcade Bar debuting new multi-player game DAVENPORT -- The Analog Arcade Bar at 302 Brady St., Davenport, will host the debut stop of the Cosmotrons U.S. Tour Thursday and Friday. Cosmotrons is an independently-developed arcade game for up to four players created by Arcadeaholics of Sussex, Wis. Developers Shane Gutbrod and Dave Furrer will be on hand to meet fans and answer questions. The two have planned a 6,000-mile-plus road trip to debut the game. Keatah #2 Posted July 12, 2017 Gravitar remake..
+GoldLeader #3 Posted July 13, 2017 Definitely Gravitar-ish! I wish I could see the control panel. It might be different if there were a spinner for instance. It does look fun, but at the same time I was sure seeing a lot of deaths...Personally, I always thought Gravitar was too hard. If they'd just dialed back the difficulty a bit, it really could have been something.
Keatah #4 Posted July 13, 2017 I find the constant need to keep thrusting a major distraction in Gravitar and in TJ's Thrust. And I don't see Cosmotrons being much different. It's almost like work rather than fun. Besides, it's just another PC game. No custom hardware really. Ho-hum..
+thanatos #5 Posted July 13, 2017 Got to play this at the MGC, I thought it was very cool! A local arcade bar that just opened a couple months ago is getting one of their tour stops in August.

+GoldLeader #7 Posted July 14, 2017 The more I think about it, the more I like it. I mean OK so inside it may be a computer game, but Outside it's an Arcade game, and that's what I'm liking...Plus 4 Player? (I didn't have time to watch all videos, so I just kind of skimmed them,) That's pretty cool. Maybe that 5th button is just a Player Start button. Anyway there are hardly any new arcade games these days it seems, though I did play Space Invaders Frenzy as our local place got it. I'm thinking if I ever see one of these (probably a pretty big if), I'd probably throw some quarters in it just to see what it's about...
