Lynx II and Mikey from Lynx I

Does Mikey of Lynx I VC5138 fit into Lynx II, where Mikey has the C301719? Motherboard revision C104471.

After soldering VC5138 I have stripes on the picture and noise instead of sound.

Bradley Koda from Best-Electronic answered me that way. There I bought VC5138.
