Are those attachments or is this a modded console?

could be either.

 

Back in the day there were two versions.

 

One would be an adhesive stick on to the disc, and the other would be swap-out the disc.

 

I am not familiar enough with them to know by sight what is shown in that listing.

Those are the swap-out-the-disc kind, similar to the Stickler.

Looks like 'In*Tell*A*Stick'. You'd open the controller, remove the shiny gold disc, and replace them with these. They have the same construction on the underside as the disc, so you'd keep the spring in there. I thought there was also In*Joy*A*Stick too, but memory goes bad after a few years.
