APE for Windows

I have this along with the usb interface from Atarimax. I was trying to download atr files. But when I click on them, most are in a zip form. I have 7 zip to uncompressed them. But when I do, I cannot see any atr files. Am I missing something. Any help would e great.

Where are you getting those zipped ATRs from? If they're legitimate zip files, the .atr files should be plainly visible inside.
