A wireless joystick hooked to an Atari?

Does anybody have any idea about it? Or is it some just kind of joke/fake?

I've used the Tom adapter with a USB joystick on my Amiga 1200 and Falcon.

I'll try this on my A8 later (I'm guessing this should work).
