I even tried it on my Genesis using my Megaverter Adapter

No, there's definitely lag. You just don't notice it.

I was playing it though my SNES to PS2 Controller Converter & it works ok

Also it works with Master System Games with the Wiimote sideways, But there's no A Button

Most Genesis Games that don't need the A Button, It will work
