World Series Major League Baseball Won't Work

I just bought World Series Major League Baseball for the Intellivision and when I pop the game into my original Intellivision console it shows a black screen.

I've also tried it on my INTV System III which is basically an Intelivision 2 from what I've read.

 

Do I need the computer keyboard to get it to work?

 

I also have Mr. Basic Meets Bits N Bytes and that loads up fine.

 

Is the game broken? I've also cleaned the pins too.

And for the BEST game play experience an Intelivoice also.

 

Really amazing baseball game for it's time and you wouldn't see games matching it on consoles or PC for several years, but man, needing THREE things to play it the best way was a HUGE barrier to entry.
