Buyatari
In the 80s I had an Atari DOS disc that let me copy discs sector by sector in stead of file by file. I think it was 2.0j or 2.5j Can't find anything with this name so I might be wrong about the name. I'm pretty sure it was a hacked version of an existing DOS. Rybags
Long John's Dos probably. Not sure if there was ever a 2.5 compatible one. To do entire disk sector copies it's better to use a dedicated program.
Gunstar
Although I have no info to back me up, I'd bet the Atari 8-bit line had more DOS types, versions and hacked variations than any other computer ever. I hazard a guess that I've encountered several dozen different DOS's myself, and I'm sure I've missed some. I have a number of DOS variants including a "DOS 2.5f" that says "Modified by L J Silver" In the same archive, there are variants called "DOS 2.6f" and "DOS 2.8f."
DGS-Atari
I put a ZIP file up containing DOS 1,3,4, and XE (the unusual and lesser known official DOS versions) in another thread a few months back if anyone needs copies of those: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/265709-need-a-dos-disk/?p=3766500
