Arenafoot
Was the Chunkout ROM ever released? No, not that I've ever found........... https://1drv.ms/x/s!ArXu52QZivTrgVbQayev1Wc1QprN
accousticguitar
It's worth buying on cart. It's a fun game.
StanJr
Oh I have it on cart, I just want to take some screen shots and me taking pictures of my TV with my phone is a little more low-tech than I like. Thanks!
Thomas Jentzsch
Maybe, if the ROMs would be released, the sales would increase. Currently it is only last but three in sales.
hizzy
I don't mind buying a game based on a video of game play. Chunkout is next on my list. The game overview didn't read well, and the cartridge art was a bit plain, so it was a while before I took a good look at it. Maybe a rom would have helped that process along? accousticguitar
Wow, Sticky Notes is more popular!
StanJr
It's the featured title for my Homebrew of the Month feature this month, so maybe that will help (if I can get some screenshots...)
CPUWIZ
Just ask Rick Weis for it.
Lord Thag
Just ask Rick Weis for it. Yeah, he still has it I think. I may have a copy lying around from when I did the manuals and stuff for it, but it's Rick's call as to whether he wants to release it. CPUWIZ
Yeah, he still has it I think. I may have a copy lying around from when I did the manuals and stuff for it, but it's Rick's call as to whether he wants to release it. I made a few goofy prototypes with my own label style for him back then, I wonder what happened to those.
Rick Weis
I just sent an e-mail to James Todd, if he's cool with it being released, I will make sure it gets out to people. Thanks, Rick
Rick Weis
Maybe, if the ROMs would be released, the sales would increase. Currently it is only last but three in sales. I think the fact that we sold 100 of these before AA got them, has a lot to do with that. Rick
Zzap
Just emailed Rick back, happy to release the ROM now
BigO
Cool. Thanks. I have the cartridge, but wouldn't mind adding the ROM to my Harmony cart.

mika
has anyone tried the rom in flashback portable? Should I assume it will not work properly?
Nukey Shay
Color me surprised if it does...its emulator doesn't play nice with mid-scanline changes (especially those concerning playfield registers).
Nukey Shay
< surprised Tho the leftmost column is wider than the rest.

Arenafoot
has anyone tried the rom in flashback portable? Should I assume it will not work properly? < surprised Tho the leftmost column is wider than the rest. I tried it on the AFP and just as Nukey stated the left column is wider than the others, but still is playable. Also, having never played this before (since the ROM was not released til yesterday), I've played this game hundreds of times on every PC I've ever owned....... see Clickomania! by Matthias Schussler. I still use the same copy of this file I downloaded back in 1998!! to download it today....... https://archive.org/details/Clickomania_1020 Don't get me wrong, it is a good port to the VCS. I just prefer Clickomania! since you can set the tiles to any size and increase/decrease the colors, making the easier or harder to the player preference.
