Thanks! I got 5.75% on the mortgage which does indeed kick ass. Also if I remember right, you're in Queens and I've moved further into Nassau so you have one less competitor at the thrifts in your area I'm literally 5 minutes awau now from GamesUSA which sells all kinds of retro stuff. I just wish I had some $$$$$!
