These days you don't need to go by wagon.... modern inventions like trains, planes and automobiles have made the trip less hazardous - and much faster

I just noticed the black line and a tile can't have more than 2 color(unless they are the color square cards.). This map screen uses MOBs to add black line between USA and Canada.

 

So yea, I will be getting a copy of this game.

The development/development thread was a lot of fun (and dedicated work) on this game. Here is a sample from the work-in-progress on the map screen:

According to some history books, there was a great blizzard in 1847 that covered the USA

But then Mexico said, "We don't need no stickin' snow!"

So Canada said, "We'll take the snow, and the naked snow bunnies in the hot tubs that go with it!"

Then the USA was sad...

I know it is a little thing, but thanks for leaving the "Lake of the Woods" on part of Minnesota in the map (the "chimney" that make Minnesota the northernmost of the lower 48 states).

Yes! As well as the nicely animated wolf, head being blown off, and I am a nanochess fan. Although there isn't animal exploding in pixelated mess when being shot at, but I'll overlook that .

Well, you do get Bandits exploding in a pixelated mess as their cowboy hat flies off, so there is that

you may not get dysentery with these travel alternatives, but flying you might catch tuberculosis.
