ivop
Hi, I was wondering whether there is a text-mode UI library for the Atari 8-bit. I know about TUI for cc65, but are there any others available? Regards, Ivo

576XE
If it's possible, we need it all!!! BUT in Assembly routines. C (but CC8) is too slow. (CC8 is too slow too!) I think that C is NOT FULLY compartible with Atari Architecture. It was originally written just for another targets... Atari is too HW-dependent. Xuel
Maybe contact flashjazzcat about the text UI code he wrote for uflash?
scottinNH
There isn't any ncurses port for the Atari, but this retro coding article would be of interest, documenting portability/workarounds for ncurses. It is a start of sorts. https://retrogamecoders.com/retro-c-code-text-games/
invisible kid
I think if we had a version of ncurses, we could get a "better" version of Rogue working relatively quickly. Edited January 25, 2023 by invisible kid
