Any marketing software with attract modes?

Recommended Posts

Did Atari have any marketing software that would cycle thru different titles? Something like an attract mode but it would highlight many games.

There's at least one earlier "in store demo" but unsure if it mentions any specific games.

Doing excerpts of games on older computers with their limited resources is somewhat harder than in the modern day where you could just use videoclips.

I remember the in store demo showing what looks like Star Raiders ships.

There were the laserdisc-based retail kiosks. And some companies made 2600 demo kiosks that let you select cartridges on a timer.

Yup me too. But it didn't look much like the real thing but I guess this is as close as it got...

I always liked this demo but totally hated the annoying high pitched music.....IMHO it would actually scare me off form button an A8....
