What is the deal with this game in my emuparadise 2600 ROM pack. Tried it today, seems to be a non-game game. Seem to be the most non-game game in the ROM pack.

Looks like a kernel demo. Someone trying to make a higher-resolution version of a scrolling background.

Definitely a tech demo showing off fluid horizontal scrolling and an on-screen object that can maneuver in multiple directions and not just straight lines.
