RSS or Twitter Feeds to Follow?

It's 2017... Who/what should we all be following for news and views? Does Intellivision Revolution do RSS, for example?

Intellivisiin Revolution does have an RSS feed; but it only has a fraction of what's on their web site. The feed is active, news items do come up. I wish it were fixed; I pretty much get all my news through RSS.

RSS is kinda old fashioned in the age of Twitter and Facebook, but I prefer it since it means I won't miss stuff. I have about 100 blogs I follow for retro gaming news, so not much gets by me. You're welcome to them. I like Feedly for consuming news in this way.

RSS = Really Shitty System.

Flojomojo and Eric7100 make excellent points. The main reason I use RSS over the others is I don't have to sign up for anything. Twitter has a very small character limit; RSS can include the entire article if they want. Facebook has been known to distort newsfeeds and has a ridiculous censoring policy. Another plus for RSS is there are no user comments. Not everyone has an RSS feed; the Intellivisionairies do.
