NostAlgae37
What are the maximum specs that it will allow without turning into a brick? Thanks.
SignGuy81
It wouldn't matter if you had an adapter that was 5V 10,000,000A, it would not fry it. However much current the device normally pulls will be how much it will pull with a new adapter rated for higher current(provided voltage is same). The 2A in the adapter you mention is just a rating, not a constant. It is how much it is tested to be capable of. The amps flowing is dependent on the circuit it is applied to. NostAlgae37
So as long as it is 5V and any amperage we are good? That's good news, thanks for replying.
SignGuy81
As long as it is rated for enough current that it needs, or more, it is good.
