atari181 #1 Posted December 19, 2017 Seeing how he thinks I am just " harassing" him and I don't know what I'm talking about. Maybe he needs to hear it from a few other people that this is NOT Atlantis II https://m.ebay.com/itm/Atlantis-II-Atari-2600-1982/162800464384?epid=56242706&hash=item25e7a9f200:g:3G4AAOSwVlVaMC3B
+KylJoy #2 Posted December 19, 2017 Why does he think it is? Because it says "New" on it?
atari181 #3 Posted December 19, 2017 Why does he think it is? Because it says "New" on it? Not exactly sure what he thinks, but I pointed him in the right direction to see that he does not have AII when he listed it. He is obviously just trying to scam someone now. +GoldLeader #4 Posted December 20, 2017 I asked him the question too. Of course ebay won't let you post links, so I could only say, essentially how does he know, if there's no sticker, and does he know the difference, and if not he should go to AtariAge... Some people on ebay are scammers and some are just ignorant...This guy seems to be kind of in the middle, But I think he's probably just ignorant...However if he won't listen to reason, then maybe he is some weird breed of scammer haha...I mean most scammers know about the real deal and pretend they have it...This guy calls it the real thing with no proof (and Very unlikely to be authentic) and then he offers No Returns and says "as is" ....Some people's kids eh? icemanxp300 #5 Posted December 20, 2017 Buy it, open it lol, then file a not as described claim.
+GoldLeader #6 Posted December 20, 2017 Buy it, open it lol, then file a not as described claim. Sounds like a lot of work when you already know the outcome...LOL...Now if only there were a way to force him to get you an Atlantis II afterwards...Ha! icemanxp300 #8 Posted December 20, 2017 Sounds like a lot of work when you already know the outcome... It's more about principle and making him take a sealed game back as CIB.
supercoupe91 #9 Posted December 20, 2017 Maybe he has 2 copies and should've labeled it "Atlantis also?"
+GoldLeader #10 Posted December 20, 2017 Please don't bring another Natalie to this forum. I don't figure a guy selling an "estate sale" game would join up or anything...But he might read what Atlantis II is and fix his description, and drop his price by$80-$90... +GoldLeader #11 Posted December 20, 2017 Looks like he ended it! (Error in the listing)...Yup!
