Feedback Question

Okay, I thought you were supposed to get a star once you get 10 positives from unique users. Here is the deal, I have 11 positive, 10 from uniques, but the feedback sats 9?!??!?! I am so confused!

That has happened to me before. Sometimes it seems like it can take up to 24 hours for a feedback to actually register on the final count, or rating.

Mine is still "off", (I complained about this the other day), by +10...

 

For some reason, the final number is being calculated by the number of unique positives, minus the negatives (including one which was removed) and minus the neutrals...

 

The summary shows 4 negatives, when I only have 3...

 

I left 14 negatives last night from January NPB's and none have effected any of the individual feedback records, aside from appearing in the summary..

This happens from time to time. I've heard the numbers are on different servers, so one might be down, and not let both be in agreement. But once it comes back on, it gets back logged, and it sometimes takes awhile to get caught back up.

 

Mine's been off for more than a week now I think.
