How to detect finalgrom99 using assembly language ?

Sorry for not seeing this question earlier ...

 

Just enable RAM or GRAM (by putting R or G into the fourth byte) and see if you can write to the cart space. If you're not running on the FinalGROM 99, the RAM/GRAM information will be ignored, so you cannot modify values in cart space.
