Changing "Little Computer People" characteristics and personality?

I understand from the C64-Wiki that in Little Computer People the serial number at 18:17 sets the behavior and appearance of the LCP.

 

Is there any information on exactly how that affects the LCP? Is that just a random generator seed or does it have discrete meaning?

 

As an aside, at first glance I see "evicerator" when I see the "evictor" LCP tool.
